Reynolds threatens disabled activists with legal action

Peter Reynolds must be getting bored now there is no Corby by-election to spunk up CLEAR funds.

Even Peter Hitchens is bored of him saying he will never do another cannabis debate after finally winning a debate against Reynolds at Exeter University, though somebody should point out to him winning a debate against Peter Reynolds is a bit like beating a one-legged man in an arse kicking contest.

So what now for der Führer of CLEAR? After scoring the lowest result ever for a cannabis candidate in the UK and being almost universally reviled by the cannabis community, perhaps he’ll get the message and finally crawl back under the rock from whence he came?

No such luck, he’s been sending out emails to respected cannabis activists threatening them with legal action. Apparently he doesn’t like the fact people have been calling him a homophobic racist and letting people know he reports medicinal cannabis consumers to the police. Even though he has written highly offensive bigoted blogs and boasted on his Facebook page that he’s reported people to the police who are medicinal cannabis users.

Des Humphrey, Chris Bovey, Greg de Hoedt and Sarah McCulloch have all received emails from PR’ick demanding they hand over their address so he can serve legal documents on them.

Des Humphrey, Executive Director of NORML UK, received the following email from Reynolds.

Des Humphrey is probably one of the most respected cannabis campaigners in the UK. A former serving soldier, Des needs to use a wheelchair, due to spinal injuries he suffered in younger life and uses cannabis to medicate, as he is in a lot of constant pain.

Peter Reynolds is unable to make any impact himself in the British cannabis campaign so he has decided to intimidate and threaten other respected cannabis activists who are actually making a difference.

Des Humphrey told me “Obviously it’s upsetting to have this fool harass me while I’m trying to do important work, but I will not let him distract me; I’ve deleted his email and set all future emails from him to go straight to trash.

“I’ve come up against a lot worse than this pathetic little worm in my life and if Reynolds thinks he can intimidate me then he’s an even bigger idiot than I originally gave him credit.”

Another cannabis activist and medicinal cannabis user to receive a similar email from Reynolds is Greg de Hoedt who runs the Cure UK TV channel on youtube and is the NORML UK Outreach Director.

Greg told me: “Peter Reynolds knows I have Crohn’s Disease, which is greatly affected by stress. This is obviously a spiteful attempt at revenge because I withdrew my support from him, as I didn’t like his homophobic, racist and anti-Semitic blogs or approve of the dictatorial way he runs CLEAR. Calling me and other patients abusers because we need to smoke more cannabis than him just shows his complete lack of understanding of the cause he pretends to fight for.

“I spend my time on positive campaigning with the UK Cannabis Social Clubs and NORML UK and I just wish Peter Reynolds would leave me alone.”

Sarah McCulloch and Chris Bovey also had emails from Reynolds asking for an address to serve legal papers, stating if they did not comply he would employ a Process Server and charge them for it. Note how nobody has ever heard from real solicitors or received real legal documents from Reynolds. I’ve never heard of emailing someone to ask for an address to serve papers; if you intended to take legal action, normally you get lawyers who would use a Process Server to hand deliver papers, not email people asking them for an address. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the man is a pure loon.

Chris Bovey, Treasurer for NORML UK, told me he’d received three or four emails from him. “I have no intention of replying to this buffoon. He kept on sending me emails that I didn’t reply to; you’d think he’d get the message, but no.

“They are a quite threatening emails, except they have no legal basis. I only scan read them, I am not going to give him the time of day, I’m a very busy man and I’ve got more important things to be getting on with than entertaining that lunatic. If Reynolds is dumb enough to actually take real legal action against me then I will not hesitate in hiring real lawyers to deal with it and I shall seek to recover every single penny from him,” said Mr Bovey.

“In a way, I hope he is that stupid.”

Since Reynolds’ homophobic, racist, sexist and anti-Semitic blogs have come to light and his own admission that he reported medicinal cannabis users to the police, the accusation he is a racist grass has been plastered all over the Internet on forums and social media sites. However, it seems only people associated with NORML UK have recently received emails from Reynolds threatening to sue.

Ah feel left oot peter, wha dae ye nae sue me? Just in case you didn’t hear me before, I reiterate:

Peter Reynolds you are a racist homophobic grass who has reported medicinal users of cannabis to the police.  Your anti-Semitic views where you call Jews evil go way beyond legitimate criticism of Israel. Your sex profiles where you advertise for schoolies show you up as a hypocrite and you are not fit to lead any cannabis campaign. You are a disgrace.

Go on Reynolds, sue me you pussy, I dare you! In fact I want you to, so you can be exposed as the liar and charlatan you most truly are.

Medicinal cannabis users who Peter Reynolds has reported to the police include Clark French, Sanj Chowdhary, Des Humphrey, Gred de Hoedt, Stuart Wyatt, Julian Pursell, Tina Mendes and Edwin Stratton.

Stuart Wyatt, another medicinal user who Reynolds claims he reported to the police said “I have been threatened on a number of occasions by Peter Reynolds for daring to speak out against him. No amount of threats will stop me from telling the truth: that he is an incompetent, racist, homophobic convicted fraudster who has been exposed many times for his lies, actions and views. He regularly claims to report medicinal users of cannabis to the police for daring to also speak out. He is unfit to lead a UK campaign, and he should not be entrusted with any party finances. He appears drunk in many of his interviews sluring his words, indicating that he has quite a severe drinking problem. I too dare him to sue me.”

It would be funny if Peter Reynolds sued Jeff Ditchfield since he’s also a liar and fraudster .
