Peter Reynolds gets banned from Facebook

Peter Reynolds Watch is back online after a few days of downtime. This was due to some scheduled maintenance, to migrate the site to a new faster and better server in Iceland.

A few people were concerned Peter Reynolds had somehow managed to persuade Icelandic WordPress to shut down the site, as he has tried to in the past; no need to worry, Peter Reynolds Watch will always be here to keep an eye on the racist, sexist, homophobic, antisemitic, bigot that is Peter Reynolds, leader of CLEAR, Cannabis Law Reform.

Meanwhile, things seem to have gone a bit quiet in Castle CLEAR, since the debacle over the CLEAR Bitcoins and cocaine scandal, where the CLEAR Membership Secretary was caught out soliciting illegal political Bitcoin donations and cocaine for himself and two other members of the CLEAR Exec, apparently Peter Reynolds and Derek Williams.

It would appear Peter Reynolds has been banned from posting on Facebook, his preferred platform to publish his daily musings and dysfunctional opinions.

Obviously, we keep an eye on Reynolds’ Facebook page to report on any racism, sexism, homophobia or other questionable garbage he might post. We noted on the 14th of March he’d stopped posting on Facebook, leading us to wonder if he had himself received a ban; in fact, der Führer of CLEAR didn’t raise his ugly head again on Facebook for seven days.

We know how Facebook bans work, due to the high number of people who have received them, because Reynolds’ reported them for posting critical comments or links about the Hitler of Hemp … remember when all the mods on Politics UK received Facebook suspensions for sharing a true story about Peter Reynolds pretending to be an investigative journalist called James Clay.

For those of you who don’t know, this is how Facebook deals with people who are reported to have broken their Community Standards. First they get a warning, a second breach will result in a 24 hour Facebook ban, a third will result in a three day ban, then a seven day ban. So we can assume whatever Peter Reynolds was reported for, it was not his first violation of the Facebook Community Standards. I think this is what is known as getting a taste of your own medicine, since Reynolds himself is so fond of reporting people himself to Facebook and getting them temporary bans.

There’s more good news, within five days of Peter Reynolds being allowed back on Facebook, we’ve noted he again hasn’t posted since the 27th of March, so we once more assume he must have had another ban, which this time should be for 28 days. OK, it’s only a Facebook ban, I want to get him banned from speaking somehow. Every time he opens his mouth a loud ding will silence him.

BZZZZZ! This content violates the community standards of Earth.

Reynolds has not been seen posting on Facebook since the above status about the Rolling Stones, well I say not posting, since recently another Facebook account was created in the name of Owen Richards using a picture of none other than Keith Richards.

Owen Richards had listed his date of birth as 12th September 1967 (Peter Reynolds’ date of birth is 12th September 1957) using a cover photo very similar to the one Reynolds’ uses on his own Facebook profile. He had started to send friendship requests to a number of cannabis activists who immediately started to smell a rat.

NORML UK treasurer, Chris Bovey, one of the people who Reynolds is suing for defamation for calling him a racist homophobe and sharing the following photoshopped pic by Twr on his Facebook page last year, told me he received a friendship request from an Owen Richards.

“I was immediately suspicious when I saw it was a new Facebook account and also noticed the date of birth.” said Mr Bovey. “I asked him who he was and he told me he was just a smoker with a bad back from Abergavenny. I didn’t accept the request and told him where to go.”

Chris sent me a screenshot of the PM exchange, which made me lol.

Perhaps Peter’s ban from Facebook will mean there might not be any new updates on this web site for a while, since Facebook is often where he publishes most of his toxic drivel, yet there’s always his blog, so hopefully he’ll write something cretinous on that soon, which we can report on. We just don’t know, since Peter Reynolds himself is the lead writer, producer and actor in the tragic comedy of Cannabis Law Reform aka CLEAR. We are but mere observers and reporters of his lunacy … meh!
